Students today are used to being able to go online for practically anything. When it comes to finding the right graduate school, though, we’ve spoken with a few who were quickly overwhelmed while trying to search through different programs, process the vast amount of information, keep an eye on requirements and deadlines, and find the perfect fit for their next step after graduating.
For those who aren’t sure where to start their search or even what kind of programs are available, Wells’ Office of Experiential Learning and Career Services has the answers. One of the informative events coordinated by ELCS Director Eric Vaughn is the Graduate School and Professional Programs Fair, held each year to help students by making the search more personal, simple, and direct. Twenty-six universities, colleges, and other advanced degree programs participated in this year’s fair, held today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Sommer Center of Smith Hall. Around 60 students came through, speaking with representatives and gathering information.
Here are a couple of photos from the event!
